ATCHUNG: FULL VIEW IS MUCH NICER

Could it be my first non Mario Monsters work in SEVERAL YEARS!? COULD IT!!? Well no, that was the "Can We Trust the Swiss" picture, but I did that for a class. But this is the first things since then, at least. Mang.... I gotta get more drawings done and out the door. Oh well, here's hoping I can backle down, draw more, and draw quicker without picking at the details too much.

So Molly is the main character (one of two, really) of a Macabre Western series that was conceived by , with a little help from me on the decision to change the genre. Originally, we were just gonna make a straight up, no frills western..... but I thought that was a little dull as it was. I could rant on about exactly how I feel about that, but it's not the time for that now. This picture in particular doesn't say "horror" as much as I wanted it to... save for dry bones down there... and maybe the snake that you can barely tell is a snake could be considered fightening to a small child. More gory details next time! Or maybe less.... seeing as how I get so obsessed over details that I don't put stuff like this out for months.

A few thoughts on the picture, si vous plez. Molly should really have two guns, but a second one wouldn't have been two easy to fit in here. Hell, the first one is the least favorite part of the picture as it is. I know I'll get better at this and the other things that keep bugging me about my pictures as I draw more. Also, I need more people (really more people who will actually be critical of my work) to take a look at these things before I finish them (whatever finished is... putting stuff up here, maybe). Those mountains in the background used to be super thin, tall, and pointy... looked like they belonged in friggin Candyland. Certainly not in the Wild West, featuring dusty skeletons and ambiguos snakes!
